Policies for All Services
Thank you for choosing Lashed By Ash Aesthetics for your beauty services. To ensure a smooth and professional experience for every client, please review the policies below. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Booking & Desposits
All appointments must be booked in advance. A $20.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.
All service payments and deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable, even in cases of cancellation or rescheduling outside the required notice period. Rescheduling an appointment will still require a new deposit.
All clients are required to confirm their appointment with LashedByAshthetics no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Consultations
A consultation is required for all first-time clients. This can be done over messages and will include a discussion of your desired look, a review of your skin or lashes, and an assessment of any allergies or sensitivities.
Arriving for Appointments
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full duration of your service. Parking is available on the road unless stated otherwise.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or an added late fee. If you are more than 5-15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellation, Late Fee & Rescheduling
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required for every appointment to secure your time.
Deposits are applied toward the total cost of the service only if the appointment is attended as scheduled.
Deposits cannot be transferred, credited, or reused for cancelled appointments.
Cancellations
All cancellations result in forfeiture of the deposit, regardless of how much notice is given.
Cancellations create a loss of time that cannot always be filled; the deposit serves as compensation for this time.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling an appointment is considered a cancellation of the original appointment.
If you cancel and book a new date/time, a new deposit is required, and the original deposit is forfeited.
Each appointment requires its own deposit, with no exceptions.
No-Shows
Failure to show up to your appointment without notice will result in:
Full forfeiture of the deposit
Possible refusal of future bookings
Late Policy
Please arrive on time to your scheduled appointment.
Arrivals 10 minutes late or more may result in:
Shortened service to accommodate the schedule or
Cancellation of the appointment with deposit forfeited
Late arrivals that impact the quality or completion of the service will not receive a discount.
Agreement to Policy
By booking an appointment and submitting a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies.
Policies are non-negotiable and are enforced consistently for all clients.
Service-Specific Policies
Lash Extensions:
♡ Fills are recommended every 1.5–3 weeks to maintain fullness.
♡ Appointments beyond 4 weeks will be charged as a full set.
♡ Clients must have at least 40–50% of extensions remaining to qualify for a fill.
Korean Lash Lift & Tint:
♡ Enhances your natural lashes only… this service does not add length or volume.
♡ Results vary based on natural lash length, strength, and growth pattern.
♡ This service is not suitable for everyone. Clients with short, sparse, or weak lashes may experience minimal results.
♡ If you are looking for a longer, fuller, or more dramatic look, lash extensions are a better option.
♡ Results are not guaranteed and no refunds are provided for cosmetic dissatisfaction.
Facials:
♡ Please arrive with clean skin (no makeup or SPF).
♡ Avoid exfoliating, retinol, or chemical products 48 hours before your facial.
♡ After your facial, avoid heavy makeup, saunas, or direct sun exposure for 24–48 hours.
Spray Tans:
♡ Please exfoliate and shave at least 24 hours before your tan.
♡ Avoid lotions, perfumes, or deodorants before your session.
♡ Wear loose, dark clothing after your tan to prevent transfer.
♡ Avoid showering or sweating for 8–12 hours post-treatment for best results.
Eyebrow Services (Shaping, Tinting, Growth Treatments):
♡ Arrive with clean skin and no makeup on the brow area.
♡ Avoid retinol or exfoliating products around the brows 48 hours before and after treatment.
♡ Tint results vary depending on skin type and aftercare — avoid excessive moisture and scrubbing.
Nano Hair Extensions:
♡ Please arrive with clean, dry hair (no oils, heavy conditioners, or styling products).
♡ Avoid washing your hair for 24 hours before your appointment unless instructed otherwise.
♡ After your appointment, avoid washing your hair, heavy workouts, saunas, or swimming for 48 hours to allow the beads to fully settle.
♡ If you are coming in with extensions from another technician a removal and full re-installation is required.
♡ Clients can bring in their own hair but it must be real virgin human hair.
Aftercare
Proper aftercare is essential for the longevity and results of your service.
Detailed instructions will be provided after your appointment.
Lash Extensions Aftercare:
♡ Avoid water and steam for 24–48 hours after application.
♡ Do not rub, pull, or pick at your lashes.
♡ Clean daily with oil-free lash cleanser.
♡ Avoid oil-based products, mascara, or excessive heat.
♡ Sleep on your back and brush lashes daily.
Korean Lash Lift & Tint Aftercare:
♡ Keep lashes completely dry for 24 hours (no water, steam, sweat, or makeup).
♡ Avoid rubbing, touching, or sleeping directly on the lashes for the first 24 hours.
♡ Do not use oil-based products, lash curlers, or waterproof mascara on lifted lashes.
♡ After 24 hours, gently cleanse lashes and brush daily with a clean spoolie.
♡ Results typically last 6–8 weeks depending on lash growth cycle and aftercare.
♡ Proper aftercare is essential — failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect results and longevity.
Nano Hair Extension Aftercare:
♡ Avoid washing your hair for 48 hours after your appointment.
♡ Do not use oils, heavy conditioners, or masks near the bead area.
♡ Brush gently daily, holding the root, and sleep with hair in a loose braid or ponytail.
Spray Tan Aftercare:
♡ Avoid water, sweating, makeup, or tight clothing until your first rinse.
♡ Rinse in lukewarm water only—no soap at the first rinse.
♡ Moisturize daily to extend the life of your tan and avoid exfoliating until the tan fades.
Eyebrow Aftercare (Wax / Shape):
♡ Avoid touching, makeup, or heat (steam, saunas) on the area for 24 hours.
♡ Keep the area clean and dry to prevent irritation.
♡ Avoid exfoliating or active products on the brow area for 48 hours.
Facial Aftercare:
♡ Avoid makeup, sweating, saunas, or direct sun exposure for 24–48 hours.
♡ Do not exfoliate or use retinol, acids, or active products for 48 hours.
♡ Keep skin hydrated and wear SPF once approved to do so.
Allergies & Sensitivities
Clients must disclose any allergies or sensitivities during consultation.
A patch test can be arranged if necessary, but reactions are still possible.
Lashed By Ash Aesthetics is not responsible for allergic reactions that occur from products or treatments.
Liability Waiver
All clients must sign a liability waiver prior to receiving any service, acknowledging the potential risks associated with beauty treatments.
Refunds & Fixes
All services are non-refundable. There are NO exceptions. If you experience an issue with your lashes or other service, please contact us within 24-72 hours. Free fixes are only offered within this timeframe if the issue is due to product or application. After 72 hours, any adjustments will be considered a new paid service.
Hygiene & Professionalism
All tools and equipment are sanitized between each client. This is why it is important to arrive on time. Clients are expected to arrive with clean skin, hair, and lashes depending on your service choice and follow all preparation instructions for their service.
Additional Services
We offer a range of add-ons and specialty treatments including jelly masks, red light therapy, high frequency therapy, and more. Please inquire during your appointment or consultation for full details.
